Guys i was stocked by the 56% of NTA on friday, 28c
Few REITs have achieved this plus they have income streams. I am right they did not indicate what level of future div returns.
Like all of you, i am down a motsa and am not sure if to take the money and run.
On paper the following should be true :
- You sell some non top teir assets to reduce gearing
- So if this was returning approx the same as the cost of this money 8%??) then you are renevur neutral.
- As NTA already excludes what you are owe, then the loss of the asset is matched by cash in.
Why isn't it true to result in 28c ?
Don't you love the lack of humberous / apology, bad stuff happpen, it was the other guys. While i am please Gavin Hawkins has gone, lots of people are involved with these decisions. APZ has had a approx 65% decline and they trim their fees by 5%, wow, how do you get a job like that.
%700k is still a ridiculous salary. I had suggested to them much lower with performance tied to a % of NTA..
