Market likes increased investment in zhaopin.com.
SEEK are buying an extra c17% at a valuation of around 600 million or a PE of 21. Pretty good for the fact that they are financing half of this deal through zhaopins own revenues.
They also note that this is part of clearing the path to IPO 'subject to market conditions". 51jobs, its much larger competitor in China is now trading at PE of around 21x on Nasdaq.
