    120,000 options converted at different strikes. Gave us $42,000 and they are now worth $76,200 if they sell at 63.5c......

    Companies dilute, eventually they will stop the "habit" as they are making enough money and don't need it. We are still in a growth phase and to pay for services. If it were me I would do the same and let the market pay for the services. keep the cash they have for growth. Albeit small amounts in retrospect.

    $34,000 pay for someone who did work for us is bad? Diluted much? We still have 60 odd million to 'dilute' us.

    I would love more holders on the register. Even though I wouldn't have a clue on how many we have anyway. Adds to the supply and demand

    Do you know what this entity is going to do with their new found shares they forked out 42 grand for?

    It is paying for a service, wouldn't call them bonus.

    Does the big end of town not get involved with diluted stocks?

    If it is "too much dilution of stock", then what do you think we should do?
