There are 5 months left in this calendar year and likely the approval will come before Dec, so that leaves 4 months. So essentially between now and Nov.
Now we all know the products are is A+++ and certified organic by the
National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA), which is an independent certifying body authorised by the
United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and which also holds accreditation under the US
National Organic Program (USNOP) and the
Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS). The point I am making is that there is no genuine reason for China to decline the permit. The only thing they can do is delay it, which they already have. China wants to be seen as a global leader and a voice of reason. It has more to lose than gain in denying or delaying these approvals for BAL and other companies, unless of course there is a genuine quality issue, which as we all know there is not with BAL.
