The last 4C (which shows cash receipts and expenditure) indicated $2.4million in US revenue. BIG has also said that they do not have financing options or prepayment options in the US which means that number is 3 months of monthly subscriptions.
They are making money in the USA. Whether they film some companies for free or not, you would have to ask BIG directly about that.
