Joshdoofus - I suspect sales are down due to slow collections from which they will pay down debt (reason for statement in outlook). Cost of production is up as overburden is up in preparation for increasing production. Note comments in quarterly about how they increased production in preparation for wet season.
Agree good news about haul road. When I was at the company considerable work was already completed in planning the road. Jim is right when he says it will reduce cost/t by $10. Now that they are sealing the road from Songea to the coast it makes sense to complete haul road. I would estimate construction of the road to take about 6 months through the dry season.
