FY19 revenue forecast - Target not met

The below is an extract from MYQ's announcement dated 29 March 2018 and titled Response to ASX Query.

Their forecast for the year ended 30 June 2019 is $25.8 million. To date they claim they have $12k per month (to be shared with Wellteq) and we have just over one month left before 30 June.


Revenue was to be generated mostly from the following sources:
1. Subscribers to the MYQ app generated by the Fitocracy partnership
2. Licence fees payable by the Indian partner

None of the above happened. How could they completely miss these targets?
