What about plain old milk powder? New Zealand is said to be the largest exporter of milk powder in the world, and it has umpteen uses in industrial baking. The other strategic product is coffee creamer, which they already decided to launch in the US, but I haven't seen it yet. To become a supplier for Starbucks would be a great marketing boost.
