On another matter.... NZ is waking up to the fact that dairy farming has had and is having a detrimental effect on our environment. The world is waking up to what we have done n continue to do to our environment .........Denmark, I believe has swapped dairy farming to berry farming. Health practitioners, like myself avocation swapping berries for dairy. Is milk, regardless of a2/a1 protein going out of fashion?

nut milks, are not yet making a play for the milk market, despite the fact that growing nut trees in place of vast areas of dairy land would benefit the environment 100%.
there is a lot invested in dairy...and like the grain industry...they are holding on for grim death.
But sustainable into the future...I’m not so sure.

People on really healthy diets ...don’t drink milk.

Infant formula yes..our babies need it..and they need the a2 protein in human milk...no doubt about that.

We do know there is a move away from drinking milk and eating dairy, helped by a2 milk but is the swing right away from dairy coming?
I believe it is.

so...looking ahead then infant formula, a2 colostrum n a2 laktoferrin for immune boosting are sustainable products....in the shorter term milk, cheese n cream have their value for the time being.... more as a service tho than future expansion.

Dont have a crystal ball.... just as the gluten free goddess for 40 yrs have seen how fast the alternative health diets such as paleo

( dairy, grain, sugar free) are taking the world by storm...so much so that I’m amazed. paleo seems to be the healthy lifestyle trend.

Well we need to watch n be aware of the trends of the up n coming generation...

also, there is a nasty tick about now if you get bitten by it...it leaves us with a ruminant allergy to meat n dairy

lots of people getting sick with this in US and Canada...also here in NZ.
