Bottom line item NPAT grew 42% exceeding mkt consensus. Top line down 4% about in line with expectation. EPS 21.8c. Final div up 78% which is considerably below my estimate. Seems OKN have used cash to drive down debt even faster than prev indicated. OKN will be debt free by end CY10. Forecast is fairly strong with 45% rev locked-in at 30/06 and pipeline is described as 'solid.' Commentry by management is bouyant with QLD and NSW particuarly strong. Margins are predicted to increase as well. We'll see how mkt reacts. PS.up 4c at the open.
