I don’t believe Iv ever said VA was going to happen? It is absolutely a chance that CANN may struggle to raise money in the future. Every capital raise is always at a significant discount to the SP at the time - the lower it goes, the more shares you’d need to give up to get the same amount of money and assumes there would be continuing institutional support.
Who knows what will happen? I personally don’t see what the rampers see in this company
