    Miton were adamant they wanted a dividend. At least that is what I understand they conveyed to management. Having said that, Miton have also sold down a good chunk of LIT's peer MANO.LSE stock as well and they DID pay a dividend.

    I think they wanted to sell regardless so the sooner they piss off the better. stock is now primed to deliver with them out of the way...
