14 months ago we were getting $208 usd and SP was 55 cents.
Today we are getting $145 usd and SP is 90 cents.
There has been a significant reduction in pellet premium. China producers 250 mt pellets annually and have been installing more pellet plants. China produces pellets cheaper than they can import pellets.
C1 costs at Port Latta have increased significantly which Grange's reports have attributed to energy costs, in particular the gas from the Bass Strait pipeline that powers the furnaces at Port Latta.
