why would you give Geoff a raise for the miserable performance? he will hang around for the next year and tell stories to Lev to stay employed. there was no value generation over the past 4 years. (fcf is shit and revenue flat) consequently the stock price went south but that does not mean it's a compelling investment. 10x ebitda is not that great for an illiquid small cap. I can tell you several European companies that have similar valuations, are stable and have an stable outlook.
the biggest risk at ANO is that there is no market for the products and management is arrogant and believes to know everything.
the stock is falling without any support. that tells a lot.
