Now where are we one month on from my original post. We now know there is a CR at $.022 (a discount of 27% on the previous CR in 2023). Will SHs support this new CR?

The latest webinar highlights product launches coming but not much news on customer take up on Adventurer 2 launched in May 2023. It does beg questions about ARR performance in FY24 that is heavily dependent on Adventurer 2 being a great success. The webinar was a missed opportunity imo to provide a solid update on trading between May and August 2023.

Then there is the question of cash flow and the critical breakdown of when SPA will hit permanent cash positive trading.

In short we need to hear less about new products and more about what drives the SP north i.e. new customers and cash positive trading timetable for FY24.
