It also confirms just how incompetent the lot who got us into this contract agreements with Mithra were if its not somewhere in our contract if the bleeding obvious occurs such as precisely what has happened Mithra going under and another company ends up owning the 20 year lease we're tied to WHERE DOES THAT LEAVE US considering kind of money paid for the rights to sell and all the associated costs that went along with it . Condella our present chairman was one of the ones on the board that got us into this situation of uncertainty as regards on going supply , there better be a clause somewhere in our contract that protects / covers us in insofar as supply . Perhaps there is company if so should clarify if there is informing us we're covered because of course its major concern if there was a chance of supply issues BEYOND 12 months supply .
