The "stocking" of 12 months supply due to the Mithra uncertainly appears to be an astute and foward looking action.
Mithra and MYX signed a 20 year lease (noted by previous poster).
MYX has indicated they are seeking better terms (market update).
I assume it is possible for G&R to break that lease or increase the costs to MYX.
Thetwo three questions are "Does G&R have a history of behaving in that manner?" , "Why would they do that?" and "What would be the legal consequences?"
MYX will be either treated as a "partner" in future USA busimess, or not.
