You have been waiting for that PE of around 2 for a while now. I can see your buybacks beginning this year, but they appear to be reticent to put a time on the dividends. There is a high chance that this will happen and you will have the cheapest gold stock on the ASX that you have bought at a very low price. It may take a little longer than you hoped. That said the plan of mining the quartz lease and then the western leases would occupy the next 4 years at least, and I think you told me that there was gold everywhere at Chatree. You have the upside of repeat systems and a float. It does require patience and the dead hand of the algos are still apparent and will be for a while I think. It depends on your timeframe. There is no doubt the Chinese want gold mines in Africa and I don't see why that would stop them from doing the same thing in Europe. It will be a shorter time span. You certainly know more about that than I.

Then there is the tax to consider.
