Yes you would have to guess they're doing the reserve & resource update for NE purely for the prospectus that goes with the IPO - hoping/expecting an update this quarter about this - I know they've previously verbally promised shareholders that they would get a monetary benefit from the IPO - so yes 50% of the shares to be issued free to KCN shareholders hopefully.
