Pseudo, " but very risky"
If Thailand wants to secure the free trade agreements with the EU and Japan which are currently being negotiated, they will need to show the International business community they act in a reasonable way with regard to free trade agreements. All eyes are on the way Thailand negotiates with Australia regarding the breaches of the existing FTA between the two countries.
At a $3 SP or below, an investment in KCN is risk off IMO but each to their own.
