The whole idea of owning a company or shares of a company is to make profits, not to divert those profits to other developments until something unforseen happens and all is lost.

I hope KCN becomes a boring, sleepy company on the ASX with above average dividends to make up for many years of locked up capital and lost opportunities for shareholders.

Some angry posts by an unsettled few on this forum threatening to vote down the remuneration report?

I'm sure they'll have the BOD quaking in their boots hiding under the boardroom table...
