I agree 100%... no wheel invented this time. This is going to be huge and I am also not ramping. Most know me here now and I rarely hang my hat on anything without thinking big time about it... I have been savage on this board and the only thing they have done right in years is getting the 855 property but they then stuffed that 80% up big time!!!!
