C/mon TF, join the Jake and Katok club, this is all good for ICN SH. BPT will not touch ICN in the next 6-12 months. The only way they will take on ICN is with a share placement, but, they still have 48% of piddly ADE to wind up and they have got irons in a million fires.
RJ is all over this and he is every bit a match for the BPT mob ( who have been non achievers for years). That mob is still having wet dreams over 218 and 855 and I bet you that they can't believe how easily ADE has rolled over.
ADE's management is a disaster and have been left holding a very empty bag. Even BPT will run rings around them. Am still punting on RJ bringing in a big backer to fund all of our 218 and 855 liabilities and BPT has no hope in hell of getting anywhere near 50% of ICN without an offer that we can't refuse, and they can't afford that.

So, katok and jake, load up, sit back and enjoy the trip. TF, relax and enjoy. The only one who will lose out of this is RJ and HE KNOWS IT, so, get used to him.
