I can tell you, I think the average shareholder in ICN knows it is worth a lot more then this an the ADE deal ay script price would just be a precursor to a bidding war for ICN.

We would not take a first ball offer as we know what this is worth. We are talking billions an if we would get taken out say for 300 million, BPT has had the coup of the century.

BPT will have to act now before drilling starts. We get a snif of gas, well, a .40 cent bid would be cheap.
