MCO has been in suspension since mid June 2012, so this can go on a long time. They also have a funding issue, so the suspension has "saved" shareholders from facing market forces, which would be OK if you do not want to sell and believe thinks will get better. I was lucky enough to get out of them (more by accident) in April/May 2011.
I am now fairly relaxed about my RED loss because I have written the company off as a complete failure, so any return will be a plus.
