Not as complicated as that. REDs currently waiting for the Loss Adjusters Report to be given to the Underwriters. Once the Loss Adjusters Report is completed an insurance claim can be made.

I suspect the outcome of REDs insurance claim will determine next course action. i.e. Insurance paid, insurance not paid. In the situation that insurance is paid, any payout may be affected by the agreed maximum liability. In the situation insurance is not paid, RED may assess other company's liability i.e. GHD, Delta Earth Moving.
