The GEM facility was to give us cash for staged developments, its not like they took shares for nothing here, its pretty obvious to me - and the why they took the GEM faculty in the first place - was to only draw down when they were actually going to start building, As far as I am concerned after the trial runs, and maybe the sign off with ALCOA - we are going straight into stage 1 building. Again, its in the announcements and details as to why we even got GEM on board in the first place and the reasons on why we would ever drawn down on it - for stages in building, I see this as more as cash on top to get the stage over the line.
