Realfin talks about the litigation against the Quebec government by Strateco from what I've read on other news sites Strateco is seeking 190 to 200 million in damages. Now Toro holds 20% of Strateco, if they are successful does that means 40m is coming Toros way plus the extras Realfin mentioned? ( Im happy to be corrected if wrong on the subject) it looks like they have a pretty strong case. It seems to have been a personal decision by the Quebec Environment Minister and not a decision based on proven scientific reasoning. That won't stand up in court.
