imho, and I’m not gonna post to ramp down or up, the market is waiting for the next deal rolly will do and prove it’s not another dud like GEM. If the gem deal is the gold standard for FYI, where 20% was given away for an insurance fee on 1/3 of Capex funding then
-the remaining 2/3 will require another 40% being given away
-when the aud230m is raised, it looks like not much flesh is left. Alcoa will also take some for what it brings to the table

12m - worth of gem options/shares as converted 20%
24m - more Insurance fee to secure the remaining Capex
230m - Capex

looks like current holders will own only the equivalent of 20% of the company eventually on above dilution 60/326
then enter Alcoa- Alcoa is more smart than gem probably and can pick up a more opportunistic deal than GEM if it wants to.
the next deal is crucial. No sugar coating. The sp speaks for what it’s worth to the market and answers the million questions why no heavy weight insto is buying in atm. I think they will buy in when a better than a dud deal is proven
