FYI have $80m ready to go as equity placement at 90% on VWAP. they may or may not choose to use this , depends on other options.
It's in the interest of all holders to increase market cap prior to calling on the $80m - not so much GEM as no doubt they prefer to be allocated cheaper stock.
I like how Roy said that discussions with Alcoa is predicated on NPV as opposed to share price. huge difference re solution and value accreditation to shareholders. he also said very little chance of Alcoa JV not proceeding.
