...thanks bsw,know milawa well enroute to hotham...it's not the heat but the flavour for me,hottod was embellishing..maille dujon is a white wine mustard,quite mild and is magnificent with just about anything..steaks,ham sangers,salad dressing..but as you say,milawa mustards have a fantastic variety with an added dollar or two for the tourists!the pub accross the rd. is ok too
