My understanding is that the BodyShaper product formulation is not patented. I had assumed that there may be no perceived need, given that the two unique features from which the formulation’s efficacy and value are derived - TPM delivery technology and Calzada’s anti-fat peptide AOP9604 - are both patented. Of course, Calzada owns the AOP9604 patent and POH are licensed to use it as a cosmeceutical product aimed at reducing cellulite and subcutaneous fat.

The BodyShaper “active component”,Tricellite Active Complex, which consists of AOP9604, caffeine and forskolin is trademarked, I assume registration pending. BodyShaper Cellulite Contour Crème is now a registered trademark, as is Elixia and TPM.

All purely my understanding and please understand I’m not the Pope.
