I'd suggest you go and read all the project updates and 4C's from the last four years - it will probably take you a few hours for each company.
Also, do a bit of research on the key personnel of each business.
If you are serious about investing in the space, it will be priceless to understand the history of both companies.
The businesses are not really comparable at present as they are at very different stages of execution.
