Pretty obvious why Collins st pulled the plug. They stand to get a better return via their interests in security compared to converting their loans to shares at a MUCH higher price which even when adjusted for capital raises will be a price AHQ would unlikely ever reach. Was it in the 70s?
This way they’ve received their interest on the loans and they may get up to 100 cents in the dollar on their loan back (max amount), but that will be determined by the receivers/courts and what gets negotiated.
AHQ doing well and climbing out of the mud was actually a bad outcome for Collins st given the high conversion price that was agreed.
