Iny experience, moving from VA to a liquidation, Very little chance shareholders would see anything if a liquidation (sale) of assets were to occur, once secured creditors all the way down the line and legal eagles are paid generally there is nothing left in my experience for last in line shareholders. !
You'd be better hoping for a DOCA, but then a DOCA recap would most likely see a large % of current shareholders funds diluted sadly ! This is all in my opinion here on what my experience is with these types of situations!
