Be careful with that sort of analysis. There are only two reporting anlaysts that I know of who have a target on ARU (i.e. BBY and Byron Capital). I don't think the reporting universe I see is incomplete, it is through the full subscription bloomberg platform. But it would be nice to see some more analysts get on board before giving any weight to this type of simple analysis.
Nonetheless, I saw the tagets on BB a long time ago, hence why I am in. The low share float and potential upside just from RE market movements are enough of an incentive. Any further upside to achive a target such as that of BBY or Byron would be great!
