I don't feel too good for a JV to happen before 31st August. Seems that the negtive feeling is getting stronger.
Once again I believe its was another email to shareholders that mentioned the issue has been resolved but I feel that NKP is going to have a court hearing.
Who would sign a binding Joint Venture deal if the ownership is still up for dispute.
I would love to be wrong here.
