Cobalt definately has the chance to move higher...
Something worth mentioning is that a huge amount of nickel mines are currently on Care and Maintenance. Once the Ni price turns after a severe bear market, these mines will come back online and so will the by-product of cobalt.
So there are short-medium-longer term variables at play.
