They are not running away yet, but its not a confirmed deal the way I read the announcement, they say potential JV (which is non-binding as previously announced), and CN Docking want to meeting Senior Govt officials in Tanzania... See below..
The reality for MNS is they have an MOU with no binding offtake agreement in place with Rosatom who just pulled out of their uranium assets in Tanzania... The more money you have to pile into a project as an offtake partner, the more you have to lose, and as we know MNS is a massive project with huge capex requirements...
