It seems clear that for the fortunes of supporters of silver to finally improve, JP Morgan firstly has to decide that it's time to release the handbrake and let the breakout begin.
Unfortunately, in the meantime SVL will just have to do small capital raisings at ridiculously low prices in order to keep things going.
Understandably, very frustrating for current shareholders ... but sounds like a great limited-risk play for those who have the funds to load up at these levels ... The potential upside could be huge !
