Woodside's announcement states the government of Senegal has approved Woodside to assume the role of Operator.
As Dodds says this announcement says nothing about ownership.
And as the news article says FID is expected mid year, and FAR's arbitration case could affect financing of the project.
Obviously the arbitration will make it difficult for the Woodside board to sign off on approval of further expenditure for the project to proceed.
