Approval of WPL "entity" as operaor yes we are all aware this was happening. However, still does not clarify wherether they are the legal owners of the "operator" but most critically the project is on track and hitting its development plan and seems reasonabe to assume at this stage, subject to finacing (a probelms or not), oil will be flowing shortly.
