Totally agree p1k, OEL and NDO are world's apart, I really can't find anything positive to say about OEL mgmt nor financial position; a shame they are casting a gloomy shadow on NDO - very undeservedly. That OEL trades at a premium to NDO atm is a mystery.
I hope the desperate capital raising from OEL doesn't cast further doubt on NDO via the JV. But in this pessimistic sentiment of a mkt it may well.
