Justlookin, the game is buying weakness and selling strength no matter the asset class. Doing it in small dollar increments continuously over long timescales.
The banksters, using just one example, are taking long positions in natural gas, a completely unloved asset class. Thomspson is doing the same but he's not price plopping... slowly accumulating and always taking some profits into price strength.
If you watch the gold market closely, the bankers have been doing exactly that for a very long period of time. There will come a day when they are short natural gas, selling into strength like they are gold.
