dear nb1 I will continue to monitor my investments without concern for you, Earnie and anyone else for that matter unless they directly affect the value of the investments I hold.

As for your challenge I hope the SP is greater than 15c as I will win two ways:

1) I can pay out the mortgage
2) I'll have no desire to post on the APG site.

If it doesn't reach 15c then I'll also be a winner because I won't have to read your posts.
