the most recent company announcement has the details of when the shares in GDADA become GDA. With comsec, the one's I have bought so far today and last week are settled on the 23rd june but I think E trade requires you to have the money available and they deduct the cost sooner but I am not sure as I have never used Etrade so best to ring your broker.
The details of the allotments and statements are in the announcement.
I have been buying at all different prices :-)

On one of the other threads of the four company's I have shares in, I posted that MNMO and MXR were my best buys and that I review my buy assessments daily and intraday. MNMO are up 27% today and my current best buys are MXR and GDADA.
I find the best time to buy is when others are selling and sell when others are buying. I keep about 70% of my portfolio longer term and 30% near term or day trade on price volatility.
The Gondwana website has the announcements going back 12 months ( the bottom right hand side of the home page) but the most recent announcements are on the asx website.
