How do you get access to the MD? If so very disappointing, resource companies or should I say management that hit their forward expectations/targets seem to be few and far between..... always over estimating what they can do. Being self employed if I quoted a job and then didn't deliver what was promised I simply wouldn't get paid. Why do these corporate types get away with, what a joke. More ridiculous is that the previous MD was connected or a shareholder of the company that developed the plant, what a joke. With KBL we didn't just miss we were way off. Pretty obvious that problems were known when old MD got the boot, thankfully we had the share price bounce before they released the bad news or we could be much worse off. Hopefully new MD can get the job done at least gold price has been going up in the interim which is one positive for the company, means nothing though if they can't extract the gold from the ore though. Seriously they set everything up and then decided later that we needed to double pumping capacity and then refurb a pump. After that ann my first thoughts were 'what a bunch of amateurs masquerading as professionals' Even thinking about it makes me laugh.
New MD having a finance background is a definite plus though and obviously got us the nest deal possible.Everyone that thinks suppliers should or would hold shares is deluded, of course they will sell, they've all got bills and employees to pay, the economy isn't healthy everyone (individuals + businesses) are loaded up on debt, that's why we're all into gold. Hope the next sell off doesn't hurt to much, but definitely holding for now with eyes on the future. What are odds of continued problems with CIL plant, I would have thought it was basic technology considering the size of the industry in Australia.
Would be interested what others think or know on this subject of where we will be in the coming months.

I think that the northern pit holds the key here, if its as good or better as the current one then their will be some cream left over for the holders (even with all the upcoming dilution).
They have never done well from the underground, but the re-jigged processing plant might change that. So there is still hope there as the grades are reasonable
