Min Res just bought a PLANT that used to process nickel and to be CONVERTED to process lithium from Poseidon for A$15m, 24 hrs ago.
George Ventouras today talked about RADIO HILL, at Paterson which the co owns 100% which used to process nickel & copper. David Lenigas said it can be used to process lithium at Radio Hill and both said it has PERMITTING. Radio Hill is on the ARV books at A$20m last I checked from the Annual Report.
ARV 's mkt cap is A$29m @1.9c. Options via recent ANN, a day ago stated 2.5c. Mr Ventouras said Radio Hill "is the cherry" in his interview today, with The Bull Market, Australia. Mr Ventouras also said that at the height of the conglomerate gold days at ARV, the mkt cap reached A$200-A$250m. WH IRELAND'S JAN 2024 VALUATION TARGET FOR ARV IS 11.2 British pence [currently around 1 British pence at £15m]. So, 11p would imply a mkt cap of £165m. Canadian shareholders on CEO.CA ARV thinks that WH Ireland is being "conservative" given Azure's takeover price is A$1.7bn for just 60% stake in the Andover Project, Pilbara, W.A. NIA. DYOR.
