Luck Winner "only" has 19% currently, but 1/2 of the board is now from LW including the chairman.
Also, an early Chinese investor Cong Mao Huai holds 13% (according to Amani's April/17 presentation). If he sides with his countrymen, that's 32%. And some entity called Naboo Consulting also apparently holds 11.5%. I don't know who Naboo is (apart from a small planet in the Star Wars universe...), but if they're related to or side with Cong Mau, that's now 43.5%. You can probably add to that the ~ 85M shares held by Klaus, Susmit & Gasson (thanks largely to their recent performance rights gratuity), another 5.5%...

The September GM will indeed be interesting.
