I'll run the numbers tomorrow but I think one probably offsets the other as they have more cash (not fully funded though, still need bank financing) but they sold off 40% of the project for $90m in stages. I'm seeing back of the envelope valuations on G1A around 80c, so double your money, whereas PMY have many multiples to catch up just to where G1A are now.
